Howdy all! I’ve been excited about today’s post in showing you how easy this delicious pulled pork is, and totally customizable too! The husband and I love “chipotle” anything, so when making pulled pork, we new exactly what we wanted. This recipe is the easiest thing you’ll make all week! No crazy combo of spices and marinades, just 3 ingredients and a slow cooker. It only takes 5min prepping time so throw it in at noon and and let dinner cook itself!
- 1 bottle Honey chipotle bbq sauce
- 1 can Dr. Pepper
- 2 lbs pork tenderlion
To start, I like to line my slow cooker with a plastic liner for easy clean up!
Next, in a medium mixing bowl, combine bbq sauce and Dr. Pepper. Stir until there aren’t any lumps of bbq sauce. Then place your Pork Tenderloin into the slow cooker and add bbq sauce mixture over it.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until fully cooked. Pull out your tenderloin and shred using two forks.
Add the shredded pork back into the slow cooker to soak up some extra flavor. Place slow cooker on warm and let sit for 30 minutes then serve with King’s Hawaiian rolls and maybe some coleslaw for the hubby!
